If you want to see all these places in one day, we suggest you start from no 2: St. Bartholomew’s Hospital, the closest tube stations are: St. Paul’s, Barbican and Farringdon. Then take a central line from St. Paul’s to Holborn, and visit no 3: The Alfa Inn. Then take a central line again from Holborn to Bond Street and walk up Baker Street, which is no 4, all the way to the Baker Street station and take a Bakerloo line to Charing Cross where you can visit no 1: The Sherlock Holmes Pub. If you feel like walking, the journey from St. Bartholomew’s Hospital to Baker Street Station using Oxford Street is only about 3 miles.
And of course if you don’t have plans for the evening, take the Bakerloo line again to Elephant and Castle and come to see A Study in Scarlet at the Southwark Playhouse, 77-85 Newington Causeway, SE1 6BD
